I have not used Sprinter in a while, and now I am getting the following error message (Pictured below) when I try to open Sprinter or create a new test. I have tried repairing Sprinter, as well as uninstalling / reinstalling the application, but the issue still occurs. We are currently using ALM 11....

We just upgraded to 12.55. We have one user that says each time he clicks a link on a defect, the defect pop-up opens behind the application and he can't get to it. The ALM application is locked and not responsive. He has to kill ALM to get access back to his other applications. He has rebooted and ...
