We are currently using ALM Octane 12.60 CP11 and we are trying to understand the new Octane "Flexible upgrade paths" Can you help me understand how these work if we wanted to use the Long Term path and not have to hit every single small build in between?

Hello, Does ALM Octane supports other browsers? e know it supports IE but were interested if other browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Opera, Edge, etc are supported within the Octane environment. Thanks, HomerJ

We are trying to get a better understanding about how Octane sequences ID's. In one space, we've added several users, and the US_ID values are jumping in increments of 1000 without any obvious trigger for moving to the next 1000. So, we have ID's from 1001 - 1006, then 2001 - 2019, then 3001 - 3003,...

Hello, I was wondering if there was a document where I could find all the documented build releases for the various ALM, Quality Center (QC), and Octane releases that exist? I have been looking for such thing and haven't been able to locate it. Thanks, HomerJ

We are using a SAAS version of ALM Octane and we are trying to use the Octane synchronizer, when we save our changes in the synchronizer and run an integrity check it does not seem to save our field mappings in the synchronizer.
