My SiteScope installation stopped working today. I think it was caused by either a Windows or Java update. Both occurred last night. I'm using SiteScope version 11.22 with Windows 7 Pro and Java version 1.7_55. Anybody fully understand what caused SiteScope to stop working.

I have added the Remote Server and specified it's type as MAC OSX. When I create a CPU monitor, it returns "No Data". What can I do to fix this?
