I'm getting this error, but it only occurs when I'm in the ALM desktop client. I can successfully save the monitors/profile without error in "My Perf Center." ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/362-add-monitor-error.png

Our ALM/PC 12.20 is set to use LDAP to authentication login ID's. We are having LDAP issues and are currently locked out of ALM/PC. How can I switch the authentication back to use QC?

We are receiving a popup from the IE browser that occurs only during playback of AJAX IE TruClient script using VuGen. This doesn't happen when user accesses the application manually, is there a way for the TruClient script to handle it?

I'm using Ajax Click & Script with LoadRunner 12.20 to create a script in VuGen. I'm having some issues with getting the script to record and play back. Are there any limitations to this protocol, or any troubleshooting techniques someone could share?
