We are upgrading our ALM/PC 11.52 system that uses Windows authentication to connect to the Database, and have changed the ALM 12.20 to use SQL authentication. When we try to upgrade a Site Admin schema, the upgrade process fails.

Are there any log files in VuGen to help debug VuGen functionality errors, like "VuGen as stopped working" or "VuGen has crashed"?

After upgrading Performance Center from 11 to 12.20 and installing a new license, we are getting the following error in the ALM/PC Health Check on the ALM server: "VUDs validity check has failed, manual changes to database were made. Call HP support for assistance"

When I try to relaunch the ALM Server Configuration Wizard using "C:\\Program Files\\HP\\ALM\\run_configuration.bat" it quickly opens CMD prompt and disappears and never launches the wizard. Does anyone know how to force it to launch?

I am an ALM admin (both site and project) but today when logging into projects, I get this error: Main application process failed to start. Contact your system Administrator. Given I am the admin, not sure what the issue is. This was installed with "run as admin" and with IE as admin.
