After upgrading to UFT 12 Google Chrome is not working correctly. One person is getting pop asking to disable developer mode extensions and others can not get Object Spy to work correctly.

I have a QTP/UFT license server where the LSRESERV variable was set and I was using a restriction file. However, now we don't want to use the file anymore so I removed the LSRESERV environment variable and rebooted the server. However, it is still using the restriction file. What do I need to do...

After installing Patch 17, our defect automail is not being sent, we receive alerts automail and regular mail from QC but the defect automail is not sent..... we also see the following error in the SA logs which seems to be related: Messages: Failed to transform entity BUG #65 into XML document
