I would like my project users to get familiar with the ALM Web Client. However, until workflow rules can be implemented, I prefer we enter data using the ALM Desktop Client. How can I enforce this?

Noticed some values in TestLab for group permissions are no longer able to be expanded to have any options set. Clicking on the plus sign does nothing. This is for QC11.52. We would like to provide our project leads the ability to add users from the project level. However, it seems that they cannot do this if the user is not in the Site Admin already. Is there a way for the project leads to be able to add users from the project level?

We have set some of the fields to be hidden (.visible = false). However, when users switch to grid view, they can still see these fields. How can I hide these fields from being seen by any of the users.

We have QC v11 Patch 9. We have a group of users we are unable to add to the Viewers group. Looks like it works, but id really does not add the users to the group. Any input is would be much appreciated.
