I have downloaded the API documents from the documentation library. When I open the files I get the index on the left, but all of the content on the right says "Page cannot be displayed".

I'm migrating a project from QC10 but am receiving an error when trying to Restore to my QC11 instance. The error says "The PR_SMART_REPOSITORY_ENABLED tag in the dbid.xml file of the project must be assigned the value of 'N'." I've tried changing this but it doesn't work. Any help?

Is there a way to configure a ALM-PC 11 Scenario test to stop after a fixed duration regardless of Vuser state? Looks like Performance Center option is "Stop test when Scheduler ends AND Vusers are inactive". Any input will be great.
