In the Site Analysis section of Site Administration when viewed in the Data Grid format, some of the licenses appear in red & bolded text, while others appear as black and not bolded. Why are some of the license numbers in Red text?

We are using QTP to capture some performance information. We can easily capture wall clock time. does anyone have some code to capture the network bytes transmitted and received for a test case? specifically we are doing tests against a Java Server Faces UI running on windows 7/IE 8.

I'm using the HP OTA API Reference guide for connecting to the OTA via C++, but it references `OTAClient80.dll` as the file used to import/connect. I'm not seeing this file; instead I have `OTAClient.dll` on my machine...?

One project in our environment suddenly stopped returning any data when using the LiveAnalysis tab in the TestLab. TestPlan live analysis still works, as does the LiveAnalysis for TestLab in other projects. Any suggestions, ideas on what has happened or how to fix this? We are running HP ALM 11 patc...

We're using a clustered/load balanced environment for our QC server application. When our users send a Defect email, the link is directly for whichever node is being hit within the cluster. Can I change this somehow to reflect the URL we have for the balancer?
