Hi, I am having an issue where the copy and paste functionality has stopped working on my instance of ALM 11.0. I am running patch 7. When trying to copy a test and post to another folder, the functionality is no longer working but was working up until recently. Thanks for all help with this issue

Everything was fine for a long time with our attachments to defects and tests (screenshots, Excel files, etc.), until recently when they started coming up BLANK. we have not patched recently or made any server changes, what is happening?
