QCv10 does not provide the ability to change the owner of dashboard items. Tried to make the owner editable in the workflow but that does not work either. Does anyone know how to change the ownership of Dashboard reports in QCv10? Perhaps a database update?

I tried to move a test in Quality Center from one folder to another folder and got this error: Field < Subject > requires a value from the corresponding list. It won't let me move the test at all. What does this mean?

QC10 question, Has anyone found a way to include RBT settings when importing libraries/baselines between projects? Client wants to assess their requirements only 1 time, and save those assessment values in the requirements for use in other projects. any workarounds that you know of? thank you!
