Open any test in UFT that has test configurations. 4. Run the test and select the test set where you want the result...

A few of our test scripts that were authored with QTP have some WebButtons that used to click fine before upgrading. We upgraded to UFT, and now the same exact buttons will highlight but the Click operation doesn't work. Tried re-adding the same objects, but it doesn't work (we're using IE11 for our...

I just upgraded to UFT 12.52 in order to take advantage of UI Automation testing for my Windows-based application. Problem is, my application seems to render the GUI too slow for UFT during playback of my UI Automation test script. Is there any built-in feature that can help with this?

I have a WPF AUT with a PowerBuilder window and .NET window using SystemUtil.Run. When I try to have my test open both using SystemUtil.Run, my PowerBuilder windows opens correctly, but my .NET window fails to open (and I receive an error yelling at me about a config file not found). If I have UFT o...

When I run the BPT test, UFT all of a sudden cannot identify my AUTs WPF components (it sees the Window, but nothing else). This is wreaking havoc on my test flow...

Odd one here... I have a Windows 7 machine, and I did an in-place upgrade of UFT 12.53 over 12.01. When I open the Object Repository (either from the menu or hitting Ctrl+R), the toolbar is missing. I've seen missing toolbars in QTP in the past that could be reset, but I'm not seeing anything simila...

Is there an easy way to add objects to my test/component when I'm using Object Spy? Currently, I have to Add to Object Repository, then open the OR, select the test object and drag to my test script.

I just installed UFT 12.54, but it doesn't seem to work correctly with Microsoft Edge like it did before...having a hard time recognizing my Edge objects consistently. I tried a Repair on UFT to no avail. Is this a regression bug or something?
