We are confused about the upgrade path from ALM/QC11 to ALM/QC12.53. It appears taht 12.53 is a patch to 12.50 and we can find an install guide for 12.50 that says we can upgrade directly to 12.50 from QC/ALM11. Our current version is 12.20.18 (Patch 1) and need to get to patch 2 for office 365 support. I see there is now a 12.21 with patch 2. what is my process to get there? Is it just install patch 2 12.21?

We have users that left the company and are no longer involved with ALM yet have checked out entities. We are trying to upgrade and having issues as the verification step flags the project as unable to be upgraded. How can we get around this issue?

We are currently on HP QC 11 patch 13 and want to upgrade to HP ALM 12.21 but want to test before we move all the Projects to HP ALM. So my question is , Is it possible that we can have two URLs one has certain projects which we upgrade to ALM 12.21 and other which is still on ALM 11?
