We just installed ALM/QC Synchronizer server (v. 1.4) on a Win2008 64-bit server. We also used IE(32-bit) to load the ALM client and ran the ALM client Registration and Connectivity Add-ins on the same server. We just applied a Patch to our ALM server and now our ALM Synchronizer, Excel Import and QTP integrations do not work any longer.

I'm trying to sync QC10 defects to TFS Bug work items. I mapped the required fields on both sides and started by trying a single direction sync (QC->TFS). When I create a new record, the sync works. When I update an existing record, nothing is updated after the sync. Has anyone had success with this...
