PC Admin unable to display hosts and project info

My company is currently using ALM-PC 12.60 with Windows 2012 R2.
When logging on as the Performance Center Admin using IE 11, and navigating to the Hosts and Projects views results in no information being displayed. In the Hosts view, the number of hosts is shown (4) but no other info or even formatting. In the Projects view, no info of any kind is shown.

Navigating to the Runs view, all info that should be displayed is. In the Timeslots view, all info is presented. In the System Health view, the check system button works, communicates with all servers(ALM, PC_Server, and Hosts).

Using Chrome, version 70 plus, everything works as expected (so far).

In the past, I’ve not had an issue with IE 11. This this the company’s default browser and our apps are expected to run on it. This could possibly be a config issue but I cannot determine what, if anything, has changed.

Any info would be appreciated.

On the machines that your trying to access the Performance Center web client in IE 11, ensure:

? In Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog box opens
? In the Security tab, select Trusted Sites, and click Sites
? If you are not using SSL, ensure that the Require Server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone option is not selected
? In the Add this website to the zone box, enter the Performance Center Server internal URL (http://[ALM server name]:8080/qcbin), and click Add

D. Select ''Compatibility View settings''
E. Add the ALM Server
F. Add the PC Server

In addition, Micro Focus states the following in the System Requirements for 12.60:

''For optimal performance on Windows, We recommend using Google Chrome.
** When using Microsoft Internet Explorer, We recommend opening a new browser window/session.''
I hope this helps.
