Performance Center integration with ALM for version 11.00 (or 11.50)

I’m interested in integrating our Performance Center and ALM instances onto one server. We have Performance Center 11.00 and the "Quality Center Enterprise" edition of ALM 11.00. Is this possible?

Note also that it is not necessarily advisable to combine PC and QC into one ALM platform.

Patches for QC and PC functionality are released on separate cycles, as are patches for the testing products QTP, LR, and ST. Prior to installing ALM patches for QC or PC you need to determine if the patch will have a detrimental affect on the other product. Also, the products may roll versions on slightly different schedules, and you will have to have all compatible versions before you can perform upgrades.

I don't have experience with this personally. That was the advice I was given by others who did have personal experience.

Shared/Integrated Platform of ALM & Performance Center is only available for the ''Application Lifecycle Management (previously called ''Premier'' in Quality Center versions prior to 11.00)'' edition of ALM 11.00 and 11.50.

If you have the ''Quality Center Enterprise'' edition, you will need to have two separate instances of ALM for QC Enterprise and Performance Center.
