Picture printing is not available without the Desktop Experience Feature

Hello. I am trying to open screenshots attached to a test in Test Lab, but when I try to open, I receive the following error. Picture printing is not available without the Desktop Experience Feature. Can you help me with this?

Hi. I have included the steps below that you can use to install the Desktop Experience, which will allow you to view the screenshots attached to your tests.

- Click the Windows Start button,
select Administrative Tools and
select 'Server Manager'
- In the Server Manager window, select
'Features' then select 'Add Features'
- In the Features list, you will need
to select 'Desktop Experience', click
'Next', then click 'Install'
- You will then be prompted to restart
your server
- After the system restarts, the
configuration will complete

Go back into ALM and make sure you are able to view the screenshot in Test Lab.
