We are in the process to moving from IBM Notes to Outlook….the people who have been moved do not get Defect e-mails anymore…I have the logs set to debug, but do not see any issues there…

Since mail was working and then stopped I would imagine that the mail server is configured correctly in ALM.

I would open the debug console (you may have to add the DISABLE_CONSOLE_DEBUG_INFO site parameter with the value of N) and check to see when alm.qc.job.mail last ran. I have seen issues where this job has stopped running for whatever reason. Usually a restart of the ALM service will get the job running again.
