QC 10 email not working

My QC 10 server is no longer sending automail. However, when I go into Site Admin and send a test email it goes with no problems? What could be wrong?

**Note: If the emails have been queued up for a long time the below instructions could result in the users being flooded with email.**

First, try purging the queued email from Quality Center. To do this log into Sites Admin and select the project, then click the ''Send Email Now'' button. If the users receive the email then the problem is most likely that the email service in Quality Center is frozen and the issue can probably be fixed by restarting the Quality Center service on the server machine or by restarting the QC server altogether.

If this does not fix the issue then the problem is most likely due to the way you have the automail for the project configured, or you do not have automail ''Send Mail Automatically'' selected for the project.

Restarted the QC server, email is sending as it should be now.
