QC to QTP remote testing not working.

I have a new employee with a workstation configured just like mine for QuickTest Professional (QTP) with Distributed Component Object Model (DCOM) but can not get his machine to launch test remotely. The new employee can log on to QC on my workstation and launch test to a remote testing machine with no problem but when he goes to his workstation he gets message "Access denied". I have checked the machine anti virus and firewall to be the exact same. I know that is isolated to this machine because if I log in QC on his workstation I can not launch test on a remote testing machine either. I am at my end for ideas

Is the new user in the same network domains groups as you? Just because a users machine is configure the same as your does not mean they will have access to the same thing. QTP uses network access right and not just QC log on access right to launch a test. The way to test this out is to log on to the new employees workstation under you account then log into QC. If you can launch test then it is dealing with the user network access groups.
