QC Unable to see all projects in drop-down on login screen

After upgrading to v11 from QC10, I’m unable to see all projects that have been upgraded on the drop-down list on the log on screen.

Make sure the user you're entering on the login screen has been assigned to the projects you're expecting to see. Also, make sure the projects in question are indeed active in Site Admin.
