QTP can not connect to QTP.

I just re installed QTP and for some reason connect to QC11 server.

I think this problem is HP ALM/QC Client Registration. Please do the following.

1. Start QC using Internet Explorer. Recommend start IE as Local Admin
2. Go to the Add-Ins Page
3. Click on the 'More HP ALM(QTP) Add-ins' link at the bottom
4. Go to Others section and click on the link 'HP ALM Client Registration'
5. Follow the procedure defined there.
6. For the first time start QTP as Local Admi with UAC set to NEVER.
7. Connect to ALM/QC server
