Quality Center text is cut short

I have several users that can not use Quality Center due to the text getting cut short. They are using Dell Latitude 7470 laptops. We have attempted changing the display options, but the only way it fixes the QC issue is when you go to the smallest display at 100%. At that point, icons and text are too small to read on your machine. Then you have to adjust the text size and icon size to be able to read your other items. Do you have a fix for this or a standard set of steps that needs to be followed to resolve this?

Since you are on HP ALM and HP Quality Center Enterprise version 11.00, you will find the supported environments and Windows 10 with ALM 11.00 is not one of them; the latest OS supported is Microsoft Windows 8.1.
There is a mention of Screen Resolution of 1024x768 and DPI Setting of 100%.

We are currently still on ALM 11.00 and have been discussing upgrading. However, with our current version, we were wanting to make sure we had a work around as users begin to transition to newer laptops and Operating systems. Since Windows 10 is not supported with ALM 11, we can continue to modify display settings as a work around.
