**Question 1**: Can you control ADMIN access by domain/by project?
You can make someone a project admin within the site admin by clicking on the project then the user tab and checking the box adjacent to there name under Project Administrator
If you are already a project administrator you can add a user to a project and then add them to the TDAdmin group (you will want to remove the Viewers group).
**Question 2**: Can you designate licenses to only be used by a specific domain/project? For example, if we have 100 licenses, can 25 be allocated for usage in 1 specific domain?
Assigning Licenses to Domains and Projects
In the License Assignments tab, you can assign licenses to specific domains or projects to allow users assigned to each project to use the assigned licenses. The number of remaining, available licenses is shown towards the bottom of the tab. If a project needs more licenses than the number it is assigned, extra licenses can be taken from the domain or from the available licenses, until all available licenses are used.

**Question 3**: Can you designate SITE ADMIN access by domain/by project?
No, the actual user information is stored in the Site Admin database. Making someone Site Administrator is all or nothing. There is no way to limit a Site Administrators access to certain projects.
