Yes, there are three ways to repair QTP 10 one of them requires the media and the other two will not.

1. Go to the control panel > Add remove programs. Find QuickTest Professional and click on the change button. The install wizard will start. Click on the 'Next' button followed by selecting the 'Repair' options. Follow the wizard menu after this.
2. Media Required. Go to the control panel > Add remove programs. Find QuickTest Professional and click on the 'support information' link and then select repair.
3. Open DOS prompt and type:
   MsiExec.exe /fm {4CC41272-6AA9-4946-ABA6-61C05A40DE80}
   This will repair registry entries only but will fix most issues.
