I tried to login to but my profile doesn’t have privileges to access the content. How do I configure my profile so that I can access content that may be related to a software purchase like HP QC or HP UFT where we have paid for the software?

With MicroFocus having purchased HPE's software testing tools I am not sure that the information that you are looing for will be at

To access the MicroFocus community you would need to do the following...

1. Navigate to
2. Click on ''My Software Support sign-in''
3. Login with your Software Passport account.
4. Click on ''Support Contact & Community''
5. Click on Community
6. Click on Support Practitioners
7. Click on Product List along the top and choose the application (ex Quality Center / ALM)

*If you do not have a Software Passport account (step 3) you will need to create one clicking on the Register for Software Passport.*
