With MicroFocus having purchased HPE's software testing tools I am not sure that the information that you are looing for will be at community.hpe.com
To access the MicroFocus community you would need to do the following...
1. Navigate to https://softwaresupport.softwaregrp.com/
2. Click on ''My Software Support sign-in''
3. Login with your Software Passport account.
4. Click on ''Support Contact & Community''
5. Click on Community
6. Click on Support Practitioners
7. Click on Product List along the top and choose the application (ex Quality Center / ALM)
*If you do not have a Software Passport account (step 3) you will need to create one clicking on the Register for Software Passport.*
