This is easily achieved by just changing the file type to save as from the windows pop up.

To do so, from the HP Run Results Viewer, and an open run, at the top in the menu bar click File and ''Export to File'' option.

This will show you the type of report to save. Only the ''Step Details'' one has ability to be saved as a pdf.

If you have report on type of ''Step Details'', pick your Export range and Export format below. Then select the Export button.

This will pop up a ''Save As'' screen to save the file. Here you can enter the name you want for the file and below the ''Save as type'' dropdown.
