Sprinter – Everything was working fine… then we upgraded FireFox

We are trying to get Sprinter to do Mirroring with one of the secondary machines set to run FireFox. What Gives? Would upgrading to the newer Sprinter 11.5 help?

GoBroncos, The problems you are having with Mirroring are probably due to an incompatible (unsupported) FireFox version. Sprinter Patch 9 (I assume you are using this) supports Mozilla FireFox 3.5.x - 10 The new Sprinter 11.5 only adds support for Firefox 11. Since it is so new and has no patches yet, I would not recommend it for production. Try rolling back to FireFox version 10, and see if it works correctly again. Marked as spam
