Unfortunately there is no version that officially supports MS SQL 2019 at this time.  As for the future roadmap for the supported environments, Microfocus doesn't reveal their plans for future support outside of their internal development groups.  They guard their release dates and plans as proprietary information and only those within the organization have knowledge of possible future options so we can't say when or even if something will ever happen with any certainty.
