Recently our ALM was upgraded from 12.01 to 12.6 version. After the upgrade, UFT automation team is unable to download the test data sheets from Test Resources folder. Appreciate if you could help us in resolving the issue. Not sure if there is any plug-in that is needed for the same. This just happens in one project. Test Data path: [ALM\Test Resources] Resources\DataFolder\TestData The error recieved is “The resource could not be downloaded to the Apllication Lifecycle Management client machine.”

Since you just upgraded what happened more than likely someone did not move the files in the file repository for that project, have them check and make sure that all of the files were moved over. Marked as spam
