TrueClient cannot record when the website has security popup

We are currently using VuGen 12.63 and Windows 10. Also, we are using the Chrome browser.

When testing our website that has security pop up (from the OS) to authenticate the user. The popup keeps the focus so VuGen can’t proceed to select the object when recording a script in the TruClient protocol. Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue would be great.

If you add a "Catch any error on the previous step” step

and then after that an "Enter credentials in authentication dialog" step,

Should resolve your issue. This way the script is authenticated

and will not have any problems.  I hope this helps.
