UFT 14.01 is crashing when we use RepositoriesCollection.Add

While running UFT test, we’re associating repositories using RepositoriesCollection.Add but when it hits that code line, UFT crashes. It just says: Failed to run the test due to an unknown error.

I saw a [post on another site with the same issue][1]. The OP stated that HP provided them with an hotfix, but that the hotfix will be included in UFT 14.02. See more details in above link.
