UFT Help is not working.

UFT Help is empty. If I press "F1" to launch help part, it’s always giving me blank window.

Try checking the permissions required for running UFT in the UFT Install guide. I have seen where corporate permissions restrict access where you get behaviors like this. Marked as spam
