Unable to contact concurrent license server

This week our company had a major network infrastructure change, and now our UFT/QTP installations are no longer able to connect to the conncurrent license server. As in the past our license server is on a different subnet than our UFT/QTP installations, and up until this week we had no issues. I can successfully ping the license server from our machines where we have UFT/QTP installed, however the tool cannot establish a connection with it. I have checked and made sure that the service is running on the server. I have also attempted to use the WlmAdmin.exe utility to look for the server. It does not locate the server when run from our UFT/QTP machines, however it does find the license server when run from a machine that is in the same subnet as the license server. I have also tried using IP address instead of hostname and fully qualified hostname. None of these options have work. Any support you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Since you can make connection in the same subnet but outside subnet does not work on new subnet I would think there might be couple issues.

1. When network was configured was port 5093 between server and client blocked? All routers, firewalls, etc. that are in the ''hop'' between the License Server Manager and client machine must have UDP port 5093 open, by directionally

2. On the new subnet are they using/implementing NAT? The license server does not work with NAT.

3. Is the new subnet using VPN? The license server does not work with IPSEC security.
