Unable to develop a script with Truclient

We are currently using Performance Center 12.20 and the TruClient protocol.
When we try to record script, after clicking Develop script we are getting
an error message "Registry Editor has been disabled by your administrator"
and Truclient browser is not being invoked after this message. Any thoughts
or input would be great.

This issue is occurring due to permissions. Please do the following:
1. Ensure you're a local administrator with full permissions (work with your system administrator)
2. Disable the DEP on the VuGen machine (See steps below.)
3. Reboot the VuGen machine
4. Right Click on VuGen and ''Run as'' an administrator
5. Record your application

The ''Data Execution prevention'' (DEP) is enable. Using certain protocols you must disable the DEP. To Fix do the following:
a. Navigate to Start/All Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt. Then right click Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator.
b. In the Administrator window, type in the command below and press Enter
bcdedit.exe /set nx AlwaysOff.

c. You should see ''The operation completed successfully''. Close the Command Prompt.
