Unable to execute UFT test from ALM

We are unable to execute UFT scripts from ALM. When we try to start a test from Automatic Runner, everything hangs and we have to kill the process. Note: We do not have internet access from the machine we are executing the scripts.

Make sure your anti-virus/anti-malware software is not getting in the way. If it is set to active scanning, make certain you add exceptions for both your AUT and the UFT/ALM client files. Otherwise, it will hold the necessary resources in memory when the software needs them to run. Marked as spam
