Unable to load the Add-ins for the testing tool error

Hello. Users are trying to send tests to the LoadRunner AutoRun boxes, and Automatic Runner is reporting that it is “Unable to load the Add-ins for the testing tool”. April security patches were loaded on the ALM server last night, but the server is running, and I can log into Site Administrator.

Hello. I have seen this issue before, and it was due to the AutoPass License service not running. Locate and start the AutoPass service, then retest to see it the issue still occurs.

I started the AutoPass service, turned it on and asked my user to try his Auto Run scripts and they ran. Thanks for your help!
