unable to login into QC site administration ”class not registered”

hi,when i’m trying to login into site administration in qcexplorer,getting error as "class not registered".i tried uninstalling and installing again,but getting the same error.

Private answer
Right click on qcexplorer.exe and choose runAs Administrator. This problem is probably due to insuficcient permissions on the client. This is the case in XP and 2003 server, Win 7 where programs are run by a user that is in the local Administrator group, however when they run programs they are not actually ran as Administrator, unless specifically told to do so. This is caused be UAC (User Account Control). Marked as spam
