Unable to open Site Admin ALM 11

When attempting to login to Site Admin this week, I get errors which prevents it from loading. Everything worked fine last week, and as far as I know nothing as changed on the server side. Errors: Following client components were not downloaded successfully: 1 . SiteAdmin.ocx : 2 . SiteAdmin.ocx : 3 . SiteAdmin.ocx : Close all connections to Server and try again.

Typically the ''being used by another process'' tends to point to a prior version being cached and not reset. Suggest first cleaning out your IE cache. See if that helps. If continues, try deleting your TD_80 folder located in the Temp directory. That should be recreated upon next login attempt. Worse case, if issue persists, use the ALM Uninstaller to remove the Site Admin client files and try a new download. Be sure to run IE 32 bit as admin and watch out for UAC if this is windows 7 machine. Marked as spam
