Unexpected Error. Invalid object name ‘DATACONST’

When upgrading from ALM/PC 11.52 to ALM/PC 12.20 we are receiving the following error when trying to activate a SQL Server project: "Unexpected Error.Invalid object name ‘DATACONST’.| Idispatch error #3127"

This may happen if the ''td'' user in SQL Server has any Server Roles applied to it.
Make sure the ''td'' user does not have any Server Roles applied to it.

1. Open the Enterprise Manager from the
SQL Server program group.
2. Navigate to the Security folder of the SQL Server and highlight Logins.
3. Right-click on ''td'' and select Properties.
4. Go to the Server Roles tab and make sure none of the Server Roles are selected.
5. Apply the changes and close the Enterprise Manager.
