Upgrade 10.0 to 12.53

Can I upgrade directly from QC 10 to QC 12.53? Can I use the ALM Robot for this upgrade?

Unfortunately, Quality Center 12.53 will not upgrade projects from Quality Center 10. You must go through an interim upgrade first (usually Quality Center 11.52). The ALM Robot also only supports upgrades from Quality Center 11.52 and above. The ALM Robot also has some unique challenges that require user interaction (requires manual database migration, etc.) that make upgrading without the ALM Robot a better option in some cases. Also, there is no direct migration route from ALM11 to ALM12.53 (you would need to intermediately upgrade to a version between the two first and then migrate those projects to ALM 12.53), so your best bet is to migrate to ALM11.52 first as those version projects can then be directly upgraded to ALM 12.53.
