User is receiving error message: HP ALM-Client has stopped working. She is attempting to choose one of the custom fields that has been created on a project. When she chooses the drop down selection box, it gives an error (listed above).

She has been deleted both from within the project and also in the admin tool and then re-added back to verify if this resolved the issue. When she selects the pre-built fields it works without issue. It appears that she can use another PC and it works fine for her. I also used the configuration tool to completely uninstall ALM from her desktop. Any ideas on the cause of the issue?

In the past when I have seen this what I have had to do is to manually remove the TD_80 folder in the users temp files on the computer. Sometimes the Uninstaller does not have the permissions to remove all the files or the client is still open in IE and the files are in use.
