User runs test script tries to update the run and its not updating

User states I run test script tries to update the run and its not updating. I had her clear out browser history, close IE and reboot. That didn’t work. Had her log out remove TD_80 and then I deleted her from site admin and added back in – still has the issue. Any other steps I can take to resolve?

If the Test is Checked out no other user can modify the test since it is under development and ALM will lock the test. Nevertheless the Test can be modified if the user that performed the Check out is running it. A warning message will appear. Using Run with Sprinter, Sprinter tells us that the Test run will be saved as a Draft run. You can select Draft Run in order to change the status of the Run. When we run it, we delete some steps and add a new one. The changes get saved as expected. The Test Runs show the Draft Run as N. Marked as spam
