Users are not receiving automail from Quality Center

Users are not receiving automail from Quality Center all of the emails seem to be sent and there are no errors in the log file what could be causing this?

If you are sure that everything is configured correctly, I.E. you can send a test email from site admin, you have all of the automail settings set correctly in customization, and you have send mail automatically checked in site admin for the project you may want to have the users check their spam folder and also have the email admins make sure that emails from ALM are white-listed by the exchange server.
