Users Unable to Update Requirements in ALM?

Hello, I have created a new user group for our Business Analysts and assigned Create/Update/Delete permissions. However the users are unable to modify or delete the requirements. This is a new user group, previously these actions had been handled by the Admin. The new user group can open a new folder or requirement but are unable to type anything in the name field or be able to change any info on current requirements. Have we missed anything obvious??
