In the Dashboard > Analysis on a Public report which has VBA code created via Query Builder, one of my team members gets this error message when she tries to generate a report that I created. The error happens when she clicks on ‘Generate’. She doesn’t see the Query code or the post-processing code, but when she does copy/paste of my data, it does not get saved. Does the IE browser version have anything to do with this? I’m on v8, she’s on v9. I’ve checked all settings I know to check — macro security — VBA access in Excel.

If this is only happening on one machine, most likely it could be something corrupt in her QC client or a bad cached file. First have her try deleting the TD_80 folder (the QC cache), to find the folder navigate to %Temp% in file explorer. Also have her delete all of her browser history including cookies. If this does not clear up the issue a full manual uninstall/re-install of the QC client on that machine may be required.
