Unfortunately HP does not publish their roadmap and timeframes for future support. Currently their stand is that it is in consideration for a future release. The consensus is that until Windows 8 is supported their will probably not be further support for IE 10 in the works.

In the interim, the work arounds would be to uninstall IE10 (unfortunately this is not a viable option is you are using Windows 8, as it is not supported and IE is not supported on it). What you could do in these situations is to utilize the QC/ ALM explorers downloaded from the add-ins page of your QC/ALM instance.
