What SiteScope Permissions Types are needed to monitor servers / processes?

I have granted SiteScopeDCOM access and the following WMI access (Execute Methods, enable account, remote enable)

These are enough permissions to connect successfully to wmi remotely using the windsi\\SiteScopeaccount. (use wbemtest.exe to test connectivity)

Using wbemtest.exe I am connecting to the namespace root\\CIMV2.

These settings do not work with HPSiteScope. If we put user as an admin on remote server HP SiteScope can connect.
This is not a good solution to the problem so I am asking if we can find out what permissions HP SiteScope
requires to connect to the remote server using WMI so we can get this set without adding another admin on our servers.
Any Suggestions would be great.

SiteScope is operating by design. User needs to be an Domain Admin or Local Admin
on the target machine where the metrics are being collected. In most cases, metrics
can not be pulled by non - administrative users. This is a OS level requirement not a
SiteScope requirement.

The best practice is to be a Domain Admin on the SiteScope machine(s) and the target machine(s).
