Hello, I am trying the install the LRP 2020 sp1 over top of my LRP 2020, which I installed to the c:\LRP\folder. Not the C:\Program Files (x86)\Micro Focus\LoadRunner default folder
Please advise how to fix this issue

This is a known issue and there is a hotfix available.
If you are not using the C:Program Files (x86)Micro FocusLoadRunner default folder for your installation of LRP then you need to review the Micro Focus article KM03632720 "Installation folder is changed back to default one for LoadRunner Professional or LoadRunner Enterprise Host if 2020 SP1 is installed on top of 2020"
Uninstall the LRP 2020 SP1, Then download hotfix, follow the directions in the article and then reinstall your LRP 2020 SP1
