When selecting Test Management Tool what our you looking to met the criteria for tomorrow you looking for ?  I keep up with 5 key Criteria but I like more input?

  1. Test Management Tool has the capability to integrate with our QMO’s current Tool Stack out straight of the box as well as add value to SWA current corporate, department, team and project goals and initiatives Safe, CI, DevOps
  2. Currently QMO hasn’t have the budget for new tools for the physical year so this tool must be free or very cheap to be feasible for near future.
  1. Implementation, should Improve SWA overall SDLC process by, aiding QMO to reducing cost, Improve delivery times, enhance governances capability, and quickly adapted to change with minimal customization or maintenance
  2. During the transition to the new platform should have minimal impact to QMO’s commitment to production delivery time lines, quality, and teams? This including training either through traditional training methods, or multimedia platforms.
  3. Tool and Process, This platform should incorporate the typical industry standards reporting and management needs Test Automation, Manual Test, and Quality Management within CI/CD for QMO and Business
